Notice
  • Wing-tip pias screws must be appropriately tested for usability for each application. Only install using application tools with a depth stop and claw coupling.

  • The maximum fixture length is calculated as follows: Wood thickness and substructure thickness lU = max. fixture thickness lB

  • Self-drilling screws must be installed with a suitable drill/driver (e.g. cordless drill/driver with depth stop)

  • The use of impact drivers is not permitted

  • Self-drilling screws must be screwed in perpendicular to the surface of the component

Zinc plated self-drilling screws must only be used in locations where permanently damp conditions are not expected - condensation is not considered a permanently damp condition (corrosivity category ≤ C2 in accordance with DIN EN ISO 12944-2). For fasteners with technical approval, the approval, and in particular Part 2 "Special regulations", must always be observed.
