- The manually operated vacuum/pressure pump has a bypass, allowing the device to be used in both suction mode and pressure mode.
- In vacuum mode, it is possible to directly measure the vacuum on the membrane without manual intervention while the engine is running.
- Without starting the engine, the vacuum and functional properties of engine components can be checked manually.
- In pressure mode, while the engine is running, it is possible to measure pressure up to 4 bar.
- The manual pressure and vacuum pump has a manometer with a measuring range of 1000 mb to +4000 mb.
Application areaFor leak testing of the fuel pressure regulator. For checking the vacuum adjustment curve and the function of the outlet valve. For checking the EGR valve and the brake servo. For bleeding the brake system. For leak testing of LDA membranes of the injection pump. Suitable for use in auxiliary vacuum pump checks.
