With its ideal viscosity properties, the glue prevents leaks even on wooden coverings with large pores.
NoticeCare should be taken to ensure there is no dust, dirt or grease layer on the surface on which the glue is to be applied. The glue should be used within 3–4 hours after preparation and will lose its adhesive properties after this time. It is therefore good practice not to prepare more glue than is necessary.
InstructionsThe product, supplied in powder form, is mixed with warm water to form a glue. The ideal mixture ratio is 2 kg of glue to 1 litre of water. If the weight cannot be measured, 1 part water should be added to 3 parts water. After mixing using the mixer, it is a good practice to wait 5–10 minutes for any bubbles that may form inside the glue to disappear. After waiting, the product is once again mixed using the mixer and is then ready to use. The glue is applied using a roller, brush or spatula on the wooden surface and the wooden covering is placed on the glue. Ensures perfect results if the pressing durations and temperatures in the technical table are followed.
