Soluble cutting fluid for simple to medium difficulty machining of steel (low- to medium-alloy), aluminium and cast iron, also compatible with aluminium alloys used in the aeronautical industry
Specially formulated oil for use on NC machines, thanks to its excellent detergent properties and good wettability
Perfect soluble cutting oil is also good for chip-forming cutting and regrinding, in individual tanks or in a central system
During manual preparation, soluble oil tends to emulsify rapidly in water. To obtain a uniform mixture, pour the oil into the water (and not the other way round). To replace the emulsion, cleaning and rinsing the installation is recommended
Percentage use varies widely according to difficulty of machining, hardness of water and the protection of the machined metals required. The dilution rate is normally
- standard machining: 5 to 8%
- regrinding: 5 to 6%
