- Very wide range of applications
- CFC-free.
- Excellent capacity for thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Excellent dimensional stability. There are no volume contractions after expansion once it has cured.
- High thermal resistance.
- Flammability class (DIN 4102-1):B3.
- Quick cure.
- Not recommended for applications on surfaces that will be submerged in water for long periods.
- Do not use on PE, PP, PTFE and silicones (does not adhere).
- After application, the foam must be protected from UV radiation, it can be painted or applied in sealing layers (MS polymer/silicone).
- In construction:
- the foam ensures excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, tile, wood, metals, rigid PU foam, polystyrene and a wide variety of plastics such as rigid PVC.
- Bonding, mounting, fixing, installation of doors, windows, electrical outlets, bathtubs, ventilation pipes, wall joints, ceilings, partitions, refrigeration panels etc.
- In the automotive industry:
- Sleeper beams, bonnets, doors, internal secondary contacts, sound installation, assembly and sealing of speakers etc.
- Clean the surface to which the product is to be applied, removing oils and particles.
- Shake the container vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
- Moisten the surface with water. This step improves adhesion and accelerates hardening.
- Always use the container face down.
- Fill the cavity in to about 65 % of its volume, once the foam expands.
- Constantly shake the container during operation.
- If you need to apply more than one layer, spray the previous layer with water.
- The foam dries on the surface in 16 minutes, can be cut after 40 minutes and cures completely after 18 hours (23 °C and 50 % RH).
- The ideal application temperature varies between +5 ºC and +30 ºC.
