Datasheets(X)
The surfaces to be adhered should be clean, dry, free of grease, sanded and free of dust.
Apply adhesive to the materials to be adhered using a toothed spatula (160 to 220 g/m² for the two surfaces), evenly and without applying excess adhesive in certain areas.
Allow the solvents to evaporate for a period of 15 to 30 minutes depending on the temperature, the quantity of adhesive applied and the porosity of the materials.
Position the two materials to be adhered (this must be done within a window of 90 minutes).
Smooth the entire surface with a roller.
The adhesive and the materials to be adhered must be stabilised at a temperature above +15°C for at least 24 hours before adhesion takes place.
