InstructionsMembrane Press Adhesive is applied onto MDF to cover the entire surface using an adhesive gun connected to a compressor (with a 1.8 nozzle at 6.5-7 bar pressure). In pressurized tank systems, a 1.4 mm gun should be used at 2 bar pressure. MDF panels to which the adhesive is applied should be ventilated for 30-40 minutes at an ambient temperature of 20°C to allow the solvent in the adhesive to evaporate. The temperature to be transferred to the adhesive layer of the PVC by heat transfer should be around 60ºC±3. The pressure to be applied should be between 2-6 bar. The pressing time should be between 2-3 minutes depending on ambient conditions.
